No Start Available #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right-click -> start as admin
2. "There was an unhandled problem, sorry!"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The first start of the program worked but after i closed it, it haven't worked 
since then. I was searching through common issues but reinstalling The full 
.net 4 was not a help - maybe u can check the debug :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My operating system is windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry I've replied so late! Is this still an issue? Have you changed the 
settings file at all?
