What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm using MAC Wine Wrapper. I installed the 4.0 .net library and the 6.0 xml 
I also have the c++ 2010 installed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to run. I get this.

As far as I know WPF is not supported by wine, so you won't be able to run 
Procurement with it.
