This is pretty weird, I assume you're running as admin etc?
Is there a debug log file with anything in it?

Hello! I am not the OP of this issue, but I have the exact same problem.
On my main PC, the programm crashes exactly at this point. If it helps you, it
creates 2 empty directories before it gets closed by windows ("programm does
not respond"), one directory named after my email-address, the other "Common".
I can't find a debug log file.
I tried it on my older PC, where it works just fine.
Both PCs are using Windows 7 Professional SP1.
I ran it as Admin.
I even tried disabling my antivirus and firewall without success.
Any other things I could/should try? I really enjoy your programm, it is a
great help but it's annoying to ran into another room to update my shop.

The only time I've been able to replicate this problem was when my internet
connection was down. If it works on one pc but not the other, I would say the
issue is on that pc.
Can you access https://www.pathofexile.com/login ?

Yes I can access it and he the login seems to work.
I believe the programm crashes after it logged in as the message "Athenticating
****** OK" only appears when I enter the correct log-in data for my account. If
I enter wrong user data, the programm crashes without writing the green "OK",
shortly after I pressed the login button.

Could you please attach a debug log, so I can take a look at the error.

I'd like to, but I can't find any debug log, all I have in my procurement
directory are 2 empty directories (1 named after my emailaddress, the other
"common") and the files ForumExportTemplate.txt, POEApi.Infrastructure.dll,
POEApi.Model.dll, POEApi.Transport.dll, Procurement.exe, Settings.xml,
System.Windows.Controls.Input.Toolkit.dll and WPFToolkit.dll.
Is there a way I can extract the debug log?

No, the debug log should be generated automatically.
1.0.0 will be released soon, which has an alternative way for logging in and
will hopefully solve your issue. Give that a test when it releases!

Hi Sticky, any news so far ? :)

Hi AzuraXIII,
There's not much I can do in a scenario like this, it has to be something on
the network/pc that's blocking it. Make sure that you have access to the folder
it's in, check firewall/router/anti-virus/network security/etc, you can try
install .NET 4.5 It's also possible that this happens if the GGG site is down.
Procurement works for everyone else, so it must be something on your end.

For those still having this issue, have you tried the new php session id method?
