Not really an issue, more a question.
Would it be possible to only download the stash tab and no character bags? I 
have no need for anything but what is stores in my tabs.

This is a pretty great suggestion, one of the biggest headaches with 
Procurement is the long update process, making it skip your characters will 
speed it up a bit, the only catch is that the inventory screen will be 
inaccessable.

This has been done, I've added a setting for DownloadOnlyMyCharacters and a 
section for MyCharacters. If you don't want to download inventory for any 
characters leave the MyCharacters list empty.

Note that the UI will still show "Loading Characters's inventory..." but this 
will not download it and rather just create an empty inventory.

This functionality will be in Procurement 1.1.0
