Issue with window size on Windows 7 #86

When I open Procurement for the first time, the huge Path of Exile logo on the 
top of the window is displayed outside of my screen. This is shown in the first 
attached image. I can use the application just fine, the problem comes when I 
move the window from its place.

As soon as I do this, Windows 7 will not allow me to hide the logo outside of 
the screen, as shown in the second screenshot. This prevents me from seeing the 
bottom part of Procurement's window. I would expect Procurement to either allow 
me to hide the top logo or just to not display it (it does not seem to serve 
much purpose).

You can indeed hide the logo to make it fit on lower resolutions. Got to 
settings tick compact mode, save and restart Procurement.

Alternatively you can open settings.xml and set CompactMode="True".
