Separate recipes for full rare set #92

Currently the recipe for 1 chance/chaos does not take the item level of the 
items into account. I suggest making two recipes, one for ilvl < 60 and one for 
>= 60.

The data we get back from GGG does not include item level, so this is 
unfortunately impossible.

We need a proper API from GGG !

Ah, that sucks. I thought it would mirror the info you get when you Ctrl-C an 
item in-game.
