Crash on load debug log. #97

Crash on load after saving forum template with {Buyouts} tag.

Removed {Buyouts} tag from .txt file and still receiving the same error. Unable 
to load program.

Deleted all procurement files and re-installed. Program boots fine.

Well poop.

Debug log is gone now as I deleted and re-installed. Will update if it happens 
again.
