Hi. This will be possible very soon. Because waypaper now supports setting a wallpaper without the GUI https://anufrievroman.gitbook.io/waypaper/usage

With this, I can bring back swww to the dotfiles incl. animations and wallpaper effects.

It is planned for 2.9.7
