Poweramp Support #112

Poweramp no longer scrobbles. They updated their app a whole number version, 
but the previous version scrobbled fine. Would love to have support for it 
again!

Forgot to add that it's for poweramp version 2, specifically 2.0.4

Oh, the problem is now you have to enable scrobbling to this app from PowerAmp. 
Go to settings in PowerAmp and scroll to the bottom and you will find 
Scrobbling Settings there. You'll find the option you need to enable there. 
It's disabled as default.
