Add support for Tonido #120

This software lets you run a home file server and stream music to other devices 
over your network and the internet. They have their Tonido app on the 
Marketplace and it streams music from my home computer to my Desire HD using my 
mobile internet.

I've yet to have it skip on me, it's a really nice way to be able to carry all 
my music with me, especially seen as I have unlimited mobile web.

The only problem is I can't scrobble anything I'm listening to. Please add 
this! Tonido is completely free too!
