Scrobble problems #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tracks are not always being sent to local cache
2. Tracks are not always being inditified as last playing
3. Problem appears on both Hero Music Player and PowerAMP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what device?
HTC One V, Android 4.0.3.
