scrobble after each track on listening to a complete track does not work on htc hero default music player #46

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. set scrobble after each track
2. listen to a whole track (do not manually click next) on the hero music
player
3. check last.fm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: song is scobbled. Actual: song is not scrobbled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

HTC hero android 1.5 stock

Hi, when you say "listen to a whoe track", do you mean that after the track has
been
played, playback stops?

Also, when you say "song is scrobbled" do you mean sent to last.fm or stored in
local
cache?

What are your settings in the Options screen?

Hi,

1 - yes, I mean that playback stops.
2 - when I am not sending the cached tracks to last.fm everything is fine. But
when I
sent the cache to last.fm (after 1 track, 5 or 25 tracks), the last track (when
listened completely and playback stops automatically) is not in the cache nor
sent to
last.fm.

Hmm. What are your settings in the Options screen? Is "Also on playlist finish"
checked?. (What music player are you using? The defuault/built in one?)

'Also on playlist finish' is unchecked.
The musicplayer is the default hero player.

Could you try what happens when you check that option? It should still work,
though.
