The x3d file exported from blender, not displayed when imported into an Abrasion Hologram. Procedure #1

Hi，abrasion: My 3d file exported in blender x3d file cannot be displayed when imported into blender Hologram. Is it related to the version of Blender? Then arc file need to use what software to open, can be converted to cad? Or any other image format. thank you

In my tests, any version of blender, except 2.4 (the oldest version), can successfully convert individual models to .x3d format, but no other version can. I don't know what the reason is for this, and neither do other custom models. If you have time, would you please answer some of the questions I have.Thanks again.
