Adding Gemfile with fastlane #71

moved Fastfile and Snapfile into fastlane/
added fastlane/report.xml to .gitignore

Hey sorry it took me so long to get back to this. I wasn't sure about the timing of things and wasn't able to get back to iOS for a little. I ended up unknowingly reproducing a subset of your work while upgrading fastlane for iOS 12-era. I haven't committed the Gemfile.lock (didn't install yet) but updated the version of fastlane referenced. I noticed iPhone XS frameit support still doesn't seem to quite work so I'll defer adding Gemfile.lock til later for now. Think that's the only outstanding change, so I'm going to close this PR (as an effective manual merge was done). Thanks for working on this!
