Use github releases (tag new releases) and publish .ipa file #96

The latest tag/github-release in repo is from "Apr 19, 2019": https://github.com/mymonero/mymonero-app-ios/tags https://github.com/mymonero/mymonero-app-ios/releases

git tag newer releases & add description of the release in github release & add .ipa file (ios app) to the releases as asset at github releases.
