Question description

i create my wallet by monero gui i used mymonero and using exists secret,login success,but lost 1 transaction image image only one transaction,and i lost some funds

Unfortunately in these cases there is very little we are able to do. In many of the previous reports of lost funds a phishing site was used or there was malware on the machine.

In case of phishing sites we have gone to great lengths to stop any that we know about monitoring them for any future activity.

With malware it’s often targets the clipboard. Swapping out crypto addresses or copying your seeds.

All keys and data are sha256 encrypted for storage and your private spend key is not shared with the MyMonero servers.
