Rename WeekNumbersTemplate.js to weekNumbersTemplate.js #136

This fixes an error on case-sensitive filesystems

"./node_modules/vanillajs-datepicker/js/picker/views/DaysView.js" contains a reference to the file "../templates/weekNumbersTemplate.js".
This file can not be found, please check it for typos or update it if the file got moved.
