Hi, I had added ppc64le support on Travis-ci and Its been success added and build. Kindly review and merge same.

Changes done are added ppc64le arch and updated Dist to Xenial

While I'm not fundamentally opposed to adding this, it also doesn't make a lot of sense for this library.

Please add an explanation of exactly why you want this and how it helps you.

Honestly if we're going to test ppc arch, I would start with our continuous builds and go from there.

Thanks for the contribution but, unfortunately, we can no longer use Travis.
