Hi I do have the problem that all possible carriers are shown (Bpost, DPD and PostNL), including pickup points. Only PostNL is active in the backend, so all the rest should be hidden. I returned to v4.1.5 and then the issue is gone...

Can be merged with issue #157 as this seems to be the same issue.
