Myparcel checkout not showing up. #1178

What went wrong?

The MyParcel Checkout (the one where customers can select a drop off point) does not show up on the checkout page when using Funnelkit's checkout. In version 4.24.1 it did show up, though it appeared mangled on the checkout page. I'm using Funnelkit version 3.6.1. Perhaps a useful feature would be adding the ability to use a [shortcode] to use the MyParcel checkout form.

Additional context

There are no errors in the browser console. The "Use separate address fields" does work.
