Add task to get jenkins public key to project repo #22

We need a add jenkins public key as a deploy key on the repo. This can either be generated locally on the workstation, or perhaps scp'd from the server afterward and sent to github.

This is how this manifests on a newly set up server when trying to access a private repo: Error message when jenkins key not on github
