What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. how to build for android x86?
2. if I want to use ndk-build,how to do?
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I havent tried personally, but I would start with the android for arm
instructions, then look at how chromium for android builds. I think you just
change the arch.
Its on my todo list to document both intel and mips builds, so thats for
opening the bug.

I think you can change the application.mk file:
APP_ABI := x86
