Currently the raffles view is done, however there is no functionality to display live raffles, buy tickets, and see user statistics. Here's some specific things we should get done:
[x] Add backend functionality for users to buy tickets
[x] Create endpoints to that do that
[x] Display user's current tickets
[ ] Add backend functionality to have raffles open/close/distribute funds
[x] Create endpoints for buying/displaying tickets
[ ] Create functionality and endpoints for admin to create raffles
