Highlights of this pull request:

Redesigned navbar
Redesigned navigation UI to use Bootstrap's Tab Container layout
Added a sample Nivo bar graph
Reformatted component organization/layout
Added svg graphics for the UI, still figuring out how to display them in the background on Bootstrap
