Update basic user guide for RASDR2 operations #2

  1. Update existing DigiRED Development Kit documentation to refer to RASDR2 specifically
    • updated VID/PID, screenshots and procedures
    • add firmware loading, currently roughed-in at CyControl host software
  2. Add RASDRviewer usage
