GQRX, LimeSuite, Pothos should have their launchers with icons showing up in the menu if possible. It looks like the unity7 plug may handle this.

Update: I figured out how to do this by creating a .desktop file in setup/gui/. If I give it the full path to a specific icon icon and provided Exec using the commands in the snap.app format, it works. So that’s pretty good.

I'm still not sure about icon resources or file associations (whatever xdg-icon-resource install and xdg-mime install would do)
