* Delete Cryptopia, CoinSwitch & FUBT.TOP

* Add: CryptoFacil

Update History and Algorithms

* Add Aragon2d, delete skein

Addressed in cf1f691f81ddc0d0b0f70f5b5d441833310ca570, but translations also need to be edited: 'why-myriad-multi-algorithm-text'. That doesn't have to be done by translators, though it could be. Just substitute "Argon2d" for each occurrence of "Skein". Maybe get Yescrypt fourth and Argon2d last to match algo number, but that could be harder to do with a script or an editor macro.
