Merge to live #161

@veloki the issue here is that AFAIK @8bitcoder is the only one with access to the myriadcoin.org webserver. I would prefer that those folks who have access to myriadcoin.org do the merging as to make sure they can fix any server-side issues (not so critical since we've moved to a static site). Alternatively, they could just use the master branch and pull via cron to track progress.

@cryptapus the thing is this pull request is pending from 2019, too much time, and we have changes on several places. @8bitcoder can you check this?
