Image output & knitr compatibility #115

"[...] knitr doesn't recognize the images, so therefore doesn't input them into 
the html document. [...] Therefore, I have 2 requests for future upgrades to 
the ExPosition/InPosition packages (1) allow for automatically saving the 
files, and (2) making the output compatible with knitr"
