epCA.inference.battery -- copy paste errors! #40

The permutation and bootstrap tests were copy/pastes from testing code on epPCA 
& epMCA.

These need to be fixed and are urgent for release of 2!

Fixed. Added some non-resampling tests for when the contingency table becomes 
unreasonable.
