On factor maps, components extend off the figure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plots of Fi or Fj, on epPCA.inference.battery
2.
3. Also, on contributions, there is no title to indicate contributions 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected your beautiful new pictures. Instead, dotted lines extend through 
axis text and to the border of the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9's, Windows 8
