DiSTATISR and MExPo #77

Reduce collisions. Also, both need to take in cubes, side by side with a table 
design matrix, a list of matrices.

For DiSTATIS and DiSTATIS in MExPo, we need to take in dist objects (from the 
dist() function) and correctly transform them (i.e., as.matrix(dist(x))).
