Need to accept design matrix into epGraphs to color plots according to a new 
design matrix (e.g. in clustering).

That was a big overhaul... tepGraphs also updated. 

To note, this is fixed, but could be more efficient. Furthermore, inGraphs and 
tinGraphs should call directly to epGraphs and tepGraphs, now. No more doing 
things internally except deciding colors. This means that there needs to be a 
flip between contributionBars and prettyBars in *epGraphs.
