Implementing user types (waiting for backend) - [merged]

Merges 55-user-types -> frontend-dev

Account

• Moderators / admins can edit or delete the user
• The account owner can edit from here now too
• AccountEditActivity now can be given a username to load details of and edit instead of just the logged in user
• Admins can now update user types (server needs to check if the other user is admin and not allow that)
• Added badges for account to display account types

Custom foods

• Moderators / admins can edit or delete food items
• The food item creator can now edit or delete the food item
  • Editing needs to be tested and implemented by backend
• Renamed CustomFoodActivity to NewFoodActivity
• NewFoodActivity now can take an existing custom food item and load the details for editing

Recipes

• Moderators / admins can edit or delete recipes
• Recipe owner can now delete as well as edit the recipe

Comments

• Added edit functionality for owner and moderator / admins
• Remove functionality for owner and moderator / admins
  • TODO: Add create comment section

Other

• Added kebab icon for menus
• Added moderation menu with options for editing and deleting
• Added nice icons for account type
