Better docs organization

This just suggests a better docs organization:

• Add new plugins instructions as in #4
• Put section titles in Title Case
• Add a table of contents
• Organize the CLI available flags in a table
• Change some sections order
• Use $ ... insted of > ... for CLI instructions
• Put the LICENSE file in markdown
• Add a CONTRIBUTING.md suggestion
