Remove too heavy Git tags #7

Right now git cloning this repository is too heavy, this is due to my adding heavy .zip files as commits. A git tree clean to remove heavy files has been done, but some tags are still linked to heavy files.

=> remove or clean older tags, no body uses the releases for now.. Just let Github Workflow/Actions build zip archives for us, no big files should be in git at all => observable result: git clone should be fast

Done, removed all tags, git clone is fast
