German Language support #145

I see there's mentioning in doc files of a few German voices, but could not find how to initiate them.. setting language to DE or speaker_id to DE causes errors with files not being found, any suggestion how to get german working?Thanks! P.S. speed of generation for EN-BR is amazing!

You have to change the configs accordingly.
