feat() : Fallback to 'org.unknown.keylayout' #3

For keylayout change by name, switch back to naming with org.unknown.keylayout prefix to allow loading of external layouts

Thank you! In the future I need to figure out how to get all active layouts in the system, it will be more simple for users.
