Some recent findings:

On 2 March 2016 RightToKnow improved their Adwords campaigns (by doing the things on this list: https://github.com/openaustralia/righttoknow/issues/549).

When comparing 2 March 2016 - 12 June 2016 with the three months prior (2 Dec 2015 - 2 March 2016) these are the results:

The number of new users coming to the site via Adwords has risen by 61% (the number of new users overall has risen by 49.54%).
The number of sessions coming from Adwords has risen by 59.87% (the number of sessions overall on the site have risen by 52.86%)

Now, 12.79% of all traffic that comes to the site comes through Adwords. This is compared to 11.88% before.

These stats imply that implementing the steps on their ticket have helped increase traffic via Adwords.

The next step here is to measure traffic and conversion rates once RightToKnow have implemented Round Two of Adwords improvements/optimisation.
