We set CONTACT_EMAIL to team@ when explaining transactional mail, but change it to user-support@ when filtering incoming messages. We should explain why we make this change.

postmaster@ is only mentioned in the postfix setup guide and doesn't say why we need it to receive incoming mail. We don't actually configure it to forward to personal email addresses.
