Be more specific about the application host machine #2182

The docs often have references to "the server":

Back on the server:

– http://alaveteli.org/docs/installing/deploy/#set-up

This is quite an antiquated model of how applications can be (/are) deployed, especially when we're also talking about multistage deployments (#2181) in the same breath.

We should prefer something along the lines of "alaveteli [STAGE] application host".
