Incoming messages accepted despite Allow new responses from: nobody Handle rejected responses: bounce #4343

These two requests:

Accepted incoming emails just now even though they were set to not do so; indeed I can't follow up because they are closed.

I am about to open the requests so I can tell the authority to use the correct request addresses btw and then close them again.

Wonder if this is something to do with how messages come through the poller
