Public list of most recently added bodies #4916

A public list of the most recently added bodies might be of interest to some people.

Such a list could help address #1198 "Add design elements across WDTK that show that volunteers are actively supporting the site, and that encourage people to consider the option"

(Sometimes following the bulk addition of a set of bodies the list would look very different to other times).

The most recently added bodies for a particular tag eg. foi_no might be of interest too.

Showing the rate of addition of public bodies might help a new site show it is growing.

Showing that new bodies are being actively added might encourage users to suggest bodies for listing.

It appears this is information considered useful management information and is being presented to mySociety's Alaveteli Sprint Planning meetings via the WDTK - Admin and Operations Journal.

As with a number of tickets there are multiple potential benefits of making material more accessible.

I wonder if a label for better management / governance / oversight information might be useful.

In a list of new bodies it would be good to "collapse" bodies from the same category added on the same day, if we've added more than say 5 of them, so the page doesn't get overwhelmed by adding tens or hundreds of new bodies in a particular category.
