I just had a case where I was removing a user's name from their requests by making user-wide censor rules for their first name and last name.
When I looked through to see if the censor rule had been effective I saw someone had commented in an annotation addressing the user by name. I was able to edit the annotation to address the issue, but I'm also raising this ticket.
We might not always look through if we're only doing a "best effort" takedown, in some cases reviewing all threads might not be practical.
