Enable proper attribution of public body data sources #6555

Some public body data may be obtained from sources requiring attribution.

Attribution could be on a per-body basis, which is what I was envisaging.

This could also perhaps be achieved, in a less ideal manner, via a general footer or a help page section.

Not sure I understand this yet or how it's related to https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/issues/6161.

Is this in terms of reusing info obtained from FOI? Could that be added to public body notes?

Or is this about our sourcing of public body names, request emails, etc?

Yes, it relates to incorporating data from another source into an Alaveteli public body database.
