Integrate with Wikidata to help keep public body database up-to-date

Could this be an opportunity to combine volunteer efforts, we could benefit from Wikidata volunteers and they/their project could benefit from updates we make to our database too.

(EDIT: Perhaps https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/issues/6535 is more about us linking up to the Wikidata entries, and this ticket more about pulling additional info from them?)

I think #6535 is about using WikiData links to fill in metadata about bodies, this ticket is about using the WikiData links to help keep the public body database up-to-date.
