Provide better text for Google and Twitter to use when describing request #680

Below are snapshots of an email from Twitter, and a Google search result, for this request: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/correspondence_with_the_secretar

google results

It would be better if the text selected was the beginning of the original request letter, perhaps if this was put into the meta description field it would be used? Perhaps also embed the current request status in some way?

A way of doing this for Twitter may be through using Twitter cards:

https://dev.twitter.com/cards/types/summary

The Summary Card can be used for many kinds of web content, from blog posts and news articles, to products and restaurants. It is designed to give the reader a preview of the content before clicking through to your website.

A WhatDoTheyKnow user has tweeted to suggest:

Might be useful when tweeting links to requests if there were summaries appended as happens with links to news sites.
