When responding to a public body change request, the support team do sometimes need to receive a reply; e.g. when closing a request but posing a question.
Since the change in https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/pull/8261 (#6404), it is no longer possible to issue replies from a "valid' address, which is inconvenient, because it then requires some tailoring of the notification to provide a valid address within.
Ideally, we should be able to generate these, by default, or at least, via a toggle switch, with a valid address.
