Highlighting of search terms doesn't work #8287

After upgrading to Alaveteli 0.38.4.0 when you do a search on a term like "incubator" I would expect the term "incubator" to be highlighted in the search results. It is working on a different search page.

I've performed the same test on whatdotheyknow.com and it's also not working: Working URL: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/search/incubator/all Non-Working URL: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/list/successful?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=incubator&request_date_after=&request_date_before=&commit=Search

@benrfairless are you able confirm which version of Alaveteli this was last know to be working?
