Move 2014 site into subdirectory #31

2014 site goes into a subdirectory so we can add a separate jekyll site for 2015.

Looks good :) Thanks for improving my annoyed Gemfile comment. Only thing I wonder (not due to your changes) is why the post deploy script doesn't use vendor/bin to match the install instructions, that should work just the same.
